" We purchased one of your rollup box covers and are very happy with your product. Your service is very fast, which ended up being not a good thing for us. We noticed that the wrong size had been marked, and called to change the next day. It had already been mailed so it ended up costing us close to $100 restocking fee. The package was never opened and returned the day we received it. I can understand a fee, but this seemed a little excessive. Beyond this, your service is very good. Earlier this year, almost 8 years later I contacted customer service as the Velcro used to hold the cover in place was beginning to deteriorate. No questions asked, the company shipped new Velcro strips within a few days with no charge. That is what I call customer service and standing behind your product. Thank you "
